Redwood Coast Boerboels is the premier Boerboel breeder in the South Bay Area & Peninsula of California. Home of Mighty Ruby (88.2%) we strive to produce well-tempered dogs that meet the breed standard, and are suitable for both working and family settings.

Boerboels have been part of our family for nine years. Our goal is to promote this wonderful breed as a loyal, loving, protector of the family. We strive to adhere to the breed standard and good temperament is our ultimate concern. As our BBs are part of our family, we have one litter every one to two years. This offsets the cost of owning and raising our own Boerboels.

General Information
All of our boerboels have passed their obedience training with flying colors (Canine Good Citizen) and have been highly socialized.

Ruby, the Matriarch is the best family dog -- she is gentle, loving, loyal, playful, agile, curious and polite. With her well-defined musculature and alert personality, she has enough presence to be intimidating to strangers, but is not overly territorial. She is so good with kids, she can be likened to the Nanny in Peter Pan.
